There are no different races in humans. The sooner we stop promoting this unscientific lie, the better.

Sure, but knowing how fucked something is and actually speaking out about it are two very different things.

So it was 30 years ago. I feel like, even though things are far from perfect now, nowadays a comment like this would draw quite a few more critical looks than back then.

There are still people with a communal family PC? I thought that was a 2000s thing.

Meant bitter, not sour. There is no way anybody likes that taste.
But even if you do, for me it wasn’t ‘this is so disgusting I’m not gonna bite anymore’ but more my brain snapping out of unconsciously biting as soon as I realized the taste and then you get a brief moment to consciously stop.

Dermatophagia is a bitch.
Get some of that nail polish that prevents you from biting your nails and tastes really sour and put it on your skin instead of your nails. It won’t stop you from biting necessarily but it will stop you from unconsciously biting.

I’m sooo hyped that it’s coming back with another season! Just the show we need these days.

This. I don’t understand this weird desire to get a show cancelled only because you don’t watch it anymore. Seems really egoistic.
- Comment on Could I render the computer-generated graphics from Toy Story (1995) in real time using a single modern home computer? 5 weeks ago:
I also work in 3D and I wanna say yes. If we’re talking solely about the technical aspect, real-time render today can definitely hold up to, or even surpass, the quality of renders from 30 years ago.
If it would look exactly the same and how much work it would be to recreate the entire movie in a real time engine is another question.

But you could definitely get something that looks as good (or better) as Toy Story using eevee.

Youtube without unhooked, UBlock Origin and sponsor block is pure torture. Can’t live without them anymore. Luckily there is revanced on mobile as well, which basically rolls all of them into one app.

The key card thing is seriously infuriating, both from a consumer standpoint and from an archivists standpoint.
Basically you own a game cartridge, but as soon as Nintendo shuts down their servers for whatever reason it becomes a useless piece of plastic. They really don’t want us to own anything anymore.

Isn’t it a little weird that people think it’s ironic? Jesus hung out with prostitutes.

I don’t get it either. Is OP saying that christians can’t show their bare ass online? Because I don’t support that.

I’ve been playing minecraft on and off for decades but recently started again and rented a server, which some of my friends and family joined. It’s honestly the most fun I have had playing a video game in years. It’s such a cool feeling coming online and seeing that someone built something new and we basically have our own little town already. Sometimes we also meet up to explore some caves and look for diamonds or mines with loots.
We also built a community center with a shared chest, post boxes for everyone on the server to give them stuff when they are offline and an enchantment table for everyone to use.
And now I started playing around with plugins like ItemsAdder to add my own made stuff to the game, which gives it a whole new dimension of possibilties.

This is still one of the absolute best games ever made. No other game feels so alive. It’s almost scary how easily you can get lost in it.
