- Comment on My grandma passed away and my aunt sent me a selfie of her, my uncle, and my deceased grandma in the hospital bed, is it normal that I'm put off by this? 3 days ago:
When my grandparents were in hospital all my aunts and even my mom started taking pictures of them in the bed hospital. They both were alive by the time, but it was clearly not a good situation (both died short after). I felt grossed that they were taking photos of them in that state. But their reasoning was to take as many photos as possible while they were alive.
People do weird things.

I am genuinely curious what this “by approval” means. Are administrators really checking really deep into each signup? Or are they just clicking approve and hoping bad actors to not wait for approval?

I am traveling through Greece with my girlfriend. After a nice (and exhausting) hiking route we are back in the hotel – one of the best rooms I have ever been to. She is having a shower and I am chilling over the bed. At this very moment everything feels great.

I think a lot of people would also punch you after this thread
- Comment on Do you actually care about your friend's new baby, vacation abroad or similar life events or are you just being nice? 5 months ago:
For some stuff I don’t care, some other makes me jealous and some other is actually cool to discover/learn (think of some new place to have lunch/dinner or some hobby you didn’t know from your friend).
But in general I am with you, and I also feel like most people liking and commenting are playing the social game.
I am not very active in social networks, though…
