You need to actually move to that country and pay from there, so no :/
If you have moved to a new country, or are living abroad for an extended period of time, you can update your Steam country setting when you complete your first purchase using a payment method from that country. If your location differs from your current Steam account store country setting you’ll have an option to change your store region while you view your cart or as you complete your purchase.

True. This isn’t a moral issue, they will not earn money from me either way since i cannot buy the game here, andI still will pirate it if the ban goes through (it most likely will) but i lose out on stuff like achievements and ease of downloading etc.
At this point my best bet is to pray they either remove the scene or KSA just turns a blind eye.

Tiktok being banned in the US is pretty authoritarian, but using it as the only metric is a little BS.

They see color similiar to how a person with protanopia would. At least, that is what I understood from the wiki.

That’s very admirable of you guys. Unfortunately we in other third world countries are completely submissive, and will allow ourselves to be pushed around. I mean, we are pretty prosperous in KSA too, but it’s not worth living like a slave imo.
I don’t know about state violence in venezuela, but i’ll assume it’s like ours/other countries. So stay safe.
