- Comment on Liberal election autopsy delayed after Dutton suggests report defamatory 1 week ago:
The fact that there is an actual “He is not a monster” headline. Quoting his own wife. Makes me wonder what’s in the report that he thinks a defamation proceeding would succeed.
- Comment on Greens won't support Labor's sweeping hate law reform in current form 1 week ago:
Hilarious that the stated reasons are: LNP - it doesn’t focus enough on the causes of antisemitism i.e the magic phrases (and it might prosecute some of our supporters) Greens - it doesn’t allow people to call out a genocide
- Comment on Coalition set to vote against Labor’s hate speech and gun laws in wake of Bondi terror attack 2 weeks ago:
I love watching the Liberals, Nationals and One Nation squirm at the plan to expand the hate speech component of these laws to cover things that they and their bases love to do.

Would a message from a seven year old mastodon account work? I mean technically I could have made that when I was 8.
Or an old blog that I had back in 2012. I guess I could have been 3 when I wrote it. Certainly the writing could be that of a three year old.

- Comment on Content warning! Australia's hidden pedophile tape from 1975 5 months ago:
So some dude got a hold on an old radio program from 1975 and it’s “National Conspiracy” that he signed a restrictive legal document as to how he can use the recording.
If it was aired on the ABC then it will exist in the National Archives with standard copyright attached but actually playing any excerpts doesn’t give them editorial control over how people will interpret the recording.

- Comment on Guardian reporting on antisemitism plan proposed by government. Sweeping proposals including withdrawing funding from unis. Envoy claims that academia is steeped in antisemitism. 6 months ago:
The report claims research commissioned by the special envoy “highlights a stark divide between Australians under 35 and those over 35” on attitudes toward the Jewish community and “the existence of the state of Israel”, claiming younger Australians were more likely to hold antisemitic views.
