I used to spoof the login page of my campus freenet, fail the first login, store the password and then jump to the actual page. End of the day I just go around the lab harvesting.

Just send more rakes. Im sure great Rs can pull themselves up by the straps and overcome a small fire.
- Comment on Is streetwear a joke? 4 weeks ago:
I used to think that. But then I realized that art is an appreciation of beauty both within and outside the realms of conventional tastes. I realized my own tastes had become aligned with the commercial zeitgeist and I was shutting out other creative expressions that, while unconventional, had merit by its own right - by simply existing. I had become the barrier to expression by my crass judgement, and by extension, the gatekeeper of what I professed to love - creativity.

Yes, and also it was hard to hold a smile throughout the process, so people in photos from that age tend to look weary, because they did not smile.
- Comment on What's a video game that can run on any sort of device?(besides doom and pong) 2 months ago:
Yes to all of the above! You just described my gaming childhood (except mine started in amber/ green screen). 80s and 90s were where it was at, as far as videogaming goes. Kids these days don’t know what they’ve missed.

- Comment on is white light "white" because that's what our start emits? 3 months ago:
Here’s another one: is your ‘white’ the same as mine? Because of differences in physiology and our unique makeup of our individual bodies and nerve pathways, could what you see as ‘white’ be the same set of neural signals I perceive as ‘red’? Our behavior (e.g. stopping at a ‘red’ light) would be conditioned similarly, even though our individual neural interpretations could be different, even if the measurable phenomenon like wavelength were objective.

It’s not about being safe. It’s about losing track of your ability to track your unique passwords once one site nullifies it’s password.
- Comment on [deleted] 3 months ago:
I used to do this. Have a system for generating a unique password for each site. But then one site got hacked and I had to reset my password, and I couldn’t use the old password. So I had to make a new system. You see the problem.
