Yup we’ve never seen this happen before, not ever. Not once!

It’s still an extra barrier. There’s zero point other than tracking what people do.

Obviously they will. Years down the road. 🤗
- Comment on Spicy food never affects my gut and everyone thinks it's really weird. How unusual is this and what could be happening to explain why spicy food doesn't affect me? 2 days ago:
Doesn’t affect me either, idk
- Comment on Drama man 5 days ago:
Maybe he wouldn’t have hit the dog if he was in his truck instead of on it?
- Comment on [deleted] 6 days ago:
What I like about the deck is I bought it and I instantly already owned >1000 games for it where a good majority of those are playable out of the box.
So ya, I ain’t paying $120 CAD per game. Fuck that.

Is this another term for pavement princess?
- Comment on His last pickup rolled over. 1 week ago:
I mean it’s not a car, it’s a light pickup truck.

This guy wears stockings!

Resident evil vibes…umbrella, is that you? Does this pizza turn you into a zombie?
- Comment on Ads when you’re pumping gas 1 week ago:
Might start bringing a sharpy with me everywhere to cover them all up.

- Comment on Super Meat Boy 3D Announcement Trailer 1 week ago:
It’s like an indie developer going from super Mario world to Mario 64. I dig.

“did you leave the milk out of the fridge?”
Usually such a simple yes/no answer in my experience.
- Comment on Github keeps shoving copilot everywhere. 1 week ago:
I’m not talking about AI content. I’m talking about the terrible loading and lag of microsoft products.
- Comment on Cyber Knights: Flashpoint, squad tactics heist RPG, is now fully launched on Steam! 1 week ago:
OK that definitely clears up my confusion

Confused on what this has to do with EA?
- Comment on Why don't people like Melon Tusk get tired of the shit they gave you pull through literally every day ? I mean doesn't the guilt of bad decisions pull them down enough like the rest of us ? 1 week ago:
That is the thing about narcissism…
- Comment on Does anyone use a phone without a protective case? 2 weeks ago:
Totally agree, except the tires are bald and as soon as a guy slams on the brakes in front of you, you’re rear ending him and writing it off.

Like everything these days. Trickle up economics.
- Comment on This ad that claims that windows 11 is 3 times faster than windows 10 2 weeks ago:
It probably is 3x faster. At siphoning your personal data.
- Comment on [deleted] 3 weeks ago:
So frustrating. I’ve installed it on a few PCs to access remote desktop services and I can’t figure out how. The old app says to use Windows app as it’s going EoL. Ok. But how? Looks like it’s meant to connect to windows 365 only … or ik a total idiot.
- Comment on "You can't just have Geralt for every single game" says his voice actor, and if you think The Witcher 4 making Ciri the protagonist is "woke," then "read the damn books" 3 weeks ago:
I really enjoyed cyberpunk 2077, I bought it a year after release on sale.
Now talk to several people who bought it day 1 😅
- Comment on Github keeps shoving copilot everywhere. 4 weeks ago:
For shits and giggles I tried using copilot on windows 11 on my brand new x1 carbon laptop.
Seeing those fucking loading bars they use for Microsoft 365 admin centers pulse for like 10 seconds was enough to make my blood boil.
It’s bad enough they shove it everywhere, but do they have to make it also so fucking shitty?
Then I Alt tabbed to Chatgpt and all was well.
- Comment on Klarna CEO says AI helped company shrink workforce by 40% 4 weeks ago:
It’s arguably easier to replace upper management. All corps work in the same fashion, they crunch numbers, hire and fire based on performance of the company. I’d say that’s easier for AI to do than come up with new and novel ideas on how to do or invent things.
- Comment on "I don't know" how much Borderlands 4 will cost, Gearbox boss says, but it had "more than twice the development budget for Borderlands 3" and "it might be" $80 like some Nintendo and Xbox games 4 weeks ago:
I made it so far in that one, I think, then I practically skipped tw2 and went straight for 3 and soon became so hooked. It’s crazy how huge and dense that world is, with scenery that never looks repeated.

Been having that itch for witcher 3 again. What an amazing adveture
- Comment on Games on my PC start stuttering pretty badly when they aren't the active window for a while. Have to close the game and restart to resolve the stuttering issue. What exactly is causing this? 5 weeks ago:
If I had to guess, drivers.
Also any idea on ram consumption during this period? If you’re low on ram, and somehow something as simple as browsing Lemmy fills your memory, your computer will possibly page the game (move the running memory of the game from RAM to your HDD) which is significantly slower than RAM.
- Comment on Microsoft is raising prices on Xbox consoles, controllers, and games worldwide 5 weeks ago:
Ya for sure, I’m just speaking on a hardware level. Always been x86 as far as I was aware. I remember bypassing the disk encryption fighting every fiber of my being on the Xbox 1 by pulling out the IDE cable as it was booting to gain access to the HDD 😂

I’m playing current Gen games on my steam deck and my 2019 PC build…
