    That definitely sounds like a premise for a game I’d play

    If it’s a good vampire APRG, I’m sold. If vampirism is one of many afflictions that change the way you play the game, I’m double sold.

    The Witcher series has always had great quest writing and world design, and I think they carried that over to Cyberpunk. The combat in CDPR games, though, hasn’t been very good historically. Even the Witcher 3, easily the most polished of the series, doesn’t draw me in with the combat; Cyberpunk was much the same at launch. I stealthed my way through for the story, avoiding combat where I could.

    But replaying it after the update, I think Cyberpunk 2.0 and 2.1 improved the combat in that game to a level that shows they finally figured out “interesting” and “fun” components. I’m excited to see what this group of CDPR alums can pull off.
