- Comment on Fallout 5 officially in pre-production, being built on Elder Scrolls VI engine 2 weeks ago:
the writing isn’t that much better in 3, the gameplay loop in 4 is vastly improved over 3, however.
- Comment on Fallout 5 officially in pre-production, being built on Elder Scrolls VI engine 2 weeks ago:
I’d argue 4 is actually better than 3, just not in any way that actually makes it worth playing. 4 is a mediocre S.T.A.L.K.E.R. like, 3 is hot garbage.
- Comment on Fallout 5 officially in pre-production, being built on Elder Scrolls VI engine 2 weeks ago:
The steam reviews aren’t accurate. The review timeline of steam shows suspiciously low negative reviews during release, a disastrous release with game breaking bugs and a strong backlash against the horrible monetization systems, to say nothing of the shitstorm that bethesda caused outside of the game itself. Iirc that was also a point in time that steam made a big deal out of hiding negative reviews for corpos under the guise of fighting review bombing.
Also it’s still at 50 on metacritic.
- Comment on Google removes Doki Doki Literature Club! from the Play Store 3 months ago:
What the actual fuck? That’s completely insane and unbelievably authoritarian
- Comment on I want to get my first pair of thigh-highs. What do you recommend? 5 months ago:
…huh, i don’t know why it never occurred to me to ask here, it’s literally the best place to find recommendations
- Comment on Halo: Campaign Evolved announced for release in 2026 9 months ago:
Agreed, well, if you mean after Bungie anyway, reach is a major high point in the series. 343’s insistence on writing being just an excuse to get to gameplay has left any future there as narratively hollow as a borderlands game.
- Comment on Krafton (PUBG, Subnautica, inZOI) becoming an "AI-First" company 9 months ago:
Pretty sure there was already news out that suggested subnatica 2 was going to be awful, or at least the last good game that developer ever makes. Sad either way.
- Comment on [Eurogamer] Pokémon Legends: Z-A review 9 months ago:
Sounds solidly mediocre, a new high for the pokemon franchise! Maybe I’ll try it when it inevitably ends up on pc, but it seems like the most fun anyone will have out of this game is the comically long radicalsoda review like always.
- Comment on Electronic Arts nears roughly $50 billion deal to go private, WSJ reports 10 months ago:
Being publicly traded means you don’t follow any sort of ethics, mission statement, or even actual business metrics anymore, you chase incredibly toxic and self destructive short term profit over all else. Being private means they might be and to recover from their bullshit, especially since a death spiral for a corpo is centuries long apparently.

Fuck Nintendo, all my homies hate Nintendo
- Comment on 10 months ago:
Okay the barest minimum possible has been achieved, now bring back hardsuit and make a game worthy of its sire.
- Comment on 10 months ago:
Well, some of them anyway. Half are still missing.
- Comment on Hollow Knight Sequel 'Silksong' Crashed Game Stores, as $20 Price Irks Competitors 10 months ago:
It very much was a ploy. No day one hype at all, but maybe there will be a larger market over time because of the coverage.
- Comment on Nintendo Reveals An All New Entry In The Fire Emblem Series, Fortune's Weave 10 months ago:
I’ll wait for that pc release thanks. The switch 2 can’t be that hard to crack.
- Comment on There's no "spyware" in Borderlands 4, Take-Two insist, following upset over terms of service 10 months ago:
Almost certainly not. Not worth the disk space either.

- Comment on Too soon? 10 months ago:
that blood was pretty red and it was all over him, so i’d consider him red-blooded still
- Comment on Too soon? 10 months ago:
eh. that was a good bit of blood, but if you’ve seen someone die outside of a hospital you’ve probably seen worse.
- Comment on Too soon? 10 months ago:
yeah that was…very not gruesome? i’ve seen people hype it up but, like, that was nothing? unless you’re afraid of blood i guess. most death i’ve seen in my life was way worse.
- Comment on Too soon? 10 months ago:
…where do you think most democracies came from?
- Comment on Too soon? 10 months ago:
i’m out here looking for thots and players instead, a lil’ celebration ya know
- Comment on Too soon? 10 months ago:
nah, those kids are definitely gonna privately celebrate. i know i did when my horrible dad died
- Comment on Despite cutting the gags, Borderlands 4's PC specs say it still needs 100GB of SSD space 10 months ago:
Man, how does borderlands need that much space? I’d give borderlands 20 gigs max
- Comment on Omega Point is a quiet mecha game where your only company at the end of the world is a radio 10 months ago:
Sounds weird and interesting
- Comment on Pacific Drive evokes some tasty horror vibes for its first big expansion, Whispers in the Woods 10 months ago:
Fiiiiine I’ll go not S.T.A L.K.E.R. in a car
- Comment on Starfield's second DLC might involve a "Terran Armada", and that sounds quite whelming 10 months ago:
I was deeply into it when i was quickly scrolling by, reminded me of another game with a cool painted look. Very disappointed to see it’s just starfield.
- Comment on Paradox are "making adjustments" to Bloodlines 2's day-one vampire clan DLC plans, following backlash 11 months ago:
I mean, the developer makes mid walking sims and the publisher is toxic (and unironically seems to hate the franchise).
- Comment on Paradox are "making adjustments" to Bloodlines 2's day-one vampire clan DLC plans, following backlash 11 months ago:
Dead. Well, they’ve rebranded back to white wolf, but a rebrand doesn’t mean anything. Maybe paradox will back off, but they seem to genuinely hate the WoD franchise so I’m not holding my breath.
- Comment on No Man's Sky Voyagers free update released with modular Corvette ships you build yourself 11 months ago:
Yeah, i played it a little while back and really don’t get the appeal. Ignoring the bad ui; it doesn’t have a selling point. Like, it does a few things alright, but doesn’t do anything really good. If you want to build you don’t want this game, if you want exploration you probably don’t want this game, if you want combat you definitely don’t want this game, if you want space shenanigans you don’t want this game.
