I recently installed Windows Enterprise LTSC, successfully uninstalled Edge and OneDrive.

Got forced into Win 11 when I upgraded my work laptop. I can’t move the fucking toolbar from the bottom of the screen. Best official answer is that was “engineered out”. What a fucking euphemism.
