I tend to agree with this, but the lack of talking about ActivityPub seems like a huge miss to me.
The new, truly decentralized web (that we're conversing on right now!) is something bigger than old personal websites. It's like the forums I used to hang out on, but whereas there were things like webrings before that tried to connect those websites together, now integration is built right into the fabric of the thing, and I think that's amazing. When I see a discussion where every single participant comes from a different instance with its own culture and rules and admins, that to me is absurd and wonderful.

I know!! This platform is incredible and I think the Fediverse, or at least ActivityPub, is going to be the future of the internet. Truth Social is actually showing us that I think
