    I do this too. I feel like I help others all the time but I don’t want to ask for help because I don’t like other people doing things for me. Definitely not a healthy mindset.

    Yea idk what it is like Ive wanted yo reach out to a certain helpful resource for ~6 months now. Been working on the problem myself for that time and I’m improving but still want to utilize that resource. Tf is even wrong with me.

  It doesn’t feel right to ask for help, or rather, it didn’t used to feel right. I am getting better at accepting help and compliments, but it still feels weird. I enjoy giving help more than receiving it honestly
