How come new posts to @moviesandtv@lemm.ee aren't showing up on this end?

I'm pretty active there and post quite frequently in that community. However, despite my posts federating on their end as well as my comments, I no longer see when new posts are added to that community, even my own. What might cause that?

I've now enabled debug logging on narwhal.city but I don't see any indication that the latest post there was ever sent to us

    apparently lemmy has a "federation state" api, which does indeed report an issue here:
