    So every 2 weeks in average you have a workplace child labour death? I’m going to go on the assumption that child means under 18 and not actual children but that’s still fucked up.

      I'd presume a kid doing e.g. newspaper delivery and getting hit'n'run by a car is what counts towards these statistics. On one hand I want to think that a country like the US is above and beyond child labour, but on the other... I remember how 50+ years of family/kids movies made it seem normal that 12-13 year olds have to work to get some allowance/money to buy things for themselves....
