Suspended sentence and a 2 year driving ban. Not a bad result for maiming someone.

Being able to see is fundamental to safe driving.

Not based on the drivers I encounter.

A stipulation of his license is that he wears glasses. He seriously injures a cyclist because he cannot see when driving, convicted of causing injury while dangerous driving yet given a suspended sentence.

This was almost another case exactly like Eilihd Cairns
