    Wait until someone dies because there wasn’t a lifeboat to rescue them.

    That blood will be on their hands, for the sake of intentionally trying to let overloaded small boats sink with all aboard.

    Personally, I think the answer is to float the New Blackshirts on unseaworthy vessels out in the North Sea to fend for themselves. Let them learn just how vicious open water can get, and see if they think that fate is deserved by anyone.
