    1. Describe the problem you are having.
    2. There is no 2

Ah, gotcha. With a question this broad I got some problem solving advice, but no definite solution.

Personally I find it helpful to categorize what I can and can’t influence.

If I regularly overspend I can work towards improving spending hapbits. But if my employer goes bankrupt that’s beyond my control.

Some problems can’t be solved instantly. I find that especially true for interpersonal conflicts. Sometimes it’s a process over many weeks but through reflection and discussingnyour feelings with someone you trust or the person themselves if they are up to it.

Sometimes there are no perfect solutions and moving forward means accepting an unvafourable outcome.

Don’t be ashamed to ask for help. Be it financial, health related or others. Reach out to counselers and advisors, ask what resources they offer or know of. It sucks for a short time, but it will get better sooner than later.

What do you mean by step back? Do you feel like these problems are overwhelming and you are looking for a strategy to cope, or would.you like to avoid the issue?

You look for a solution and implement it.
