Making industry pay more for water to encourage them to stop on site leaks is actually good and deals with the problem far better than increasing charges for individual consumers. If they did that and also nationalised water I think people would be 100% on board beside absolute wonks.

Went to the cinema and saw an advert from our water company asking us all to use less water.
Yeah, we’re the problem. It’s like recycling and energy again.
