I think it tells me two very cold-hard things about the world in which we live in.
There is no God whatsoever. God is projected as to having been a supreme arbiter of all-life since it’s been long claimed that He is all-seeing, all-knowing and all-doing. If God condemned all and any actions that heinous people did as unforgivable sins, they’d be penalized.
Also since there is no God, there is also no Karma system. This system is what society largely leans on just as much as they do about the idea of there being a God. Karma is supposed to pay back those who do wrong to others and thinking they’ve gotten off scot-free from doing it, usually in ironic fashions. However, I’m not really seeing what system there is to have functioning such as karma when a lot of shitty people just…do whatever the fuck they like and usually have a good chance getting off and away from it.
