Maybe the kid explored the consequences of the shit word “race”. It’s a non-scientific term that insults people. There’s no need to use it. But you must use it to identify the hurt it does.
But if that’s what happened, I’m glad the kid got corrected. Otherwise if these two sailoring vacationists were actually in the wrong, well, then they’ve ruined their vacations in addition to the kids’ vacation. Not to mention that kid might be traumatized for life if he was the victim of two people going crazy-on him. But atleast everyone is fine now.

They were drunk and took offense to being told to be quiet. But, we were only told one side of the story, they didn’t interview the accused, apparently.
