    He literally told the oil execs to get a billion dollar “war chest” for his reelection and he’d “be their guy” during some fundraising dinner in Colorado or something if memory serves.

    He’s just mad it might affect him now in the midterms. If it wouldn’t affect him personally he wouldn’t give a shit how high the prices were.
