    Good. This shit passed in several US states and is a breath of fresh air - and a return to what used to be the norm back in the '90s and before. Don’t let these fuckers get away with trying to weasel out of, it either! I have faith in y’all to hold them to it.

      Remember my first job, they said it was “against company culture” to discuss salaries.

      This was at the same company where my manager happily told me I’m getting a raise because the minimum of the engineering salary range has increased.

    Great news. I hate when job ads say stuff like “competitive”. Plus it’s a guage for if the ad is way above or below your current level (as it can easily not be clear from the description)
