PSA - Don’t rub your eyes too hard and stop kids feok doing so, this could lead to Keratoconus, which means the shaoe of the cornea changes slightly and you get vision/focus problems.

If I’m 50+ and my eyes are out of focus can I try rubbing them hard to fix the shape? Be a lot cheaper than laser.

I used to do that but I’ve noticed as I’m growing old, my phosphenes (those shiny squiggly things you see when you rub your eyes) aren’t as colourful and fun as they used to be :(

i always had that as far as i remember. just a way low blood pressure shows to me. at least it’s not high
