  Contract with a prison for labor. That’s how most businesses do it. You don’t get them to work in your shop, you get them to produce whatever onsite in the prison. Good luck with your shit morals if you do that, though. Hopefully anyone who actually takes advantage of this gets what’s coming to them with the rest of the evil fucks ruining the world.

    I guess if I wanted them to work in my shop I’d have to hire security so they don’t run off. I’m probably too old to chase anyone. Think I could get them to provide me with a guy for that too?

  Contact an attorney, and explain that you want to use inmates as a work release program. Or possibly to have the inmates work on your project inside the prison.
