    That is very cheap, where?

    Also carrots are harvested by machines, not people. So it makes sense that it is an incredibly low price.

      Still requires large amounts of fertiliser, diesel, water, and labour over the growth cycle.

        Large amounts over the entire field, but very little per carrot.
