  I found myself throwing away a can of beans each time I wanted one bowl of soup so now I cut up extra ingredients and freeze it in mason jars before it’s cooked.

  I now just thaw, throw in stock and noodles and it’s done.

  It isn’t easy but I have been trying to change my habits towards a more self stable lifestyle. I cut out all meat for the most part (at home) as well, and I prep the rest before it goes to waste.
