This network related error code randomly appeared today and looks like it can find nearby connection but it doesn’t wants to connect. It’s fixable?
I’ve tried factory reset, I can login with the Xbox app and complete the initial setup, then the network stop working after the wizard is completed. I haven’t tried ethernet since the router is far from my room but every other device works perfectly with wifi (and also this Xbox util yesterday).

Do you have game pass by chance ? I’ve had odd issues with older Xbox systems and the use of game pass without auto renew on. It caused several different error codes.
Once the subscription ran out it worked fine. Most likely not your issue but I figured it’s worth mentioning

No game pass. Actually it’s the first Xbox console I’ve ever owned, it was recently given to me, I think it’s been used quite a bit but it’s in excellent condition and works well apart from this recent connection problem.
