  Well, lots of things kill cancer cells.

  I’m sure if you took some cancer cells in a petri dish and poured diet coke over them, the cancer cells would die.

  The trick is being able to kill cancer cells without killing healthy cells.

    Sure but soda goes into the digestive system. Unless your cancer is in your digestive system, it's pretty unlikely that your soda would kill it.

    If anything, I've heard that artificial sweeteners specifically might cause cancer, not cure it, so if anything, Diet and Zero Sugar sodas should be avoided.
