No, I stopped because I was curious how the image in the thumbnail caused anyone problems. Considering how high the contrast is I didnt see how anyone would actually recognize the woman in the image without being told it was her. However the actual article shows an entirely different woman in different images that are more explicit and clear.
I’d also like to add that the prose is hard to take seriously. For example:
Her skin is the colour of honey left too long in the sun – warm, glowing, possessing that singular, unmistakable gold that the Indian subcontinent bakes into its daughters.
I don’t know the writing norms this author is steeped in, but if they want the audience to take the topic seriously this is counterproductive.
