When I couldn’t get full fibre broadband becaise the connections were fucked up on my estate I just registered my interest with openreach.
Couple of months later I got an email to say the issues had been rectified and now I have full fibre internet.
It didnt occur to me to complain to the press…

Non-story. Rough plan said yes it can be done, detailed plan said they can’t afford the costs of what the surveyor proposed. Customer raised an issue and they’ve found a workaround. Probably putting poles in instead of a duct overlay.
