Mmmm fatty beer flavoured liver 👌
Not up to snuff on all the medical disection stuff. But can a 42 year old overweight heavy beer drinker donate his semi fatty liver?

The medical protocol varies by region. Generally speaking, it’s considered a violation of their oath to knowingly transplant diseased organs or leave a patient with a diminished capacity to thrive. (Such as donating a lobe to a family member when you’re still alive.)
In the event of an emergency donation such as brain death. Special considerations will be taken, they may deem the liver to be suitable for transplantation after a battery of tests.
