    They got away with it because it’s virtuously impossible to track them down. And scamming is t something anyone takes very seriously.

    A life was taken. This creates fear.

    Expect more of this to happen as the scammers begin to realize nothing will be done about this.

  Who reacts that way ? Who’s so fearful of everything besides God and ready to pump someone full of lead? Don’t answer that, I already know, lol. The scammers had nothing to do with it, people don’t react so murderously to these things around the world. This is nothing but yet another old, white, mentally frail but dangerous man killing a POC (some lady too, ooh, so scary). I’m telling y’all, they should’ve never given Europeans gunpowder, it’s all gone downhill since then.

    I’m not sure if it was touched on in this article, but the scammers convinced the guy (over a few hours on the phone) the driver was there to hurt him if he didn’t hand over the money.

    I certainly don’t agree with his actions, but reducing the entire thing to racist violence is misguided and ignores everything that happened leading up to her death.

      You’re right, he’s also mentally unstable and generally amoral, period. Call the cops, lock yourself in, call a neighbour, idk, don’t just go looking for a confrontation because you have a gun and you can “win”. You’re just gonna shoot even though the person might be entirely innocent because there are almost 10 billion people in the world? You’re gonna shoot even though the UNARMED WOMAN feared for her life and begged you not to shoot?

      For this, there are no excuses, besides the fact that no man in his condition should have such deadly weapons and that’s an American systemic issue.
