Buy a computer that you can get service locally. If you’re buying a stack of generic computer parts you might as well get local generic computer parts.

The specs are good for a general use case, but I wouldn’t buy anything unfixable without warranty.

My wife has a similar MINISFORUM mini PC. It’s fine for normal desktop tasks, although (as you’d expect from the integrated graphics) not great for gaming.
Pros:
- value for money
- power efficient
- small and “cute” (at least that was a selling point for my wife’s pink one)
- can be VESA mounted and hidden behind your monitor
Cons:
- very limited upgradability
- questionable repairability
If the things listed under “pros” are important to you, get it; otherwise, get a normal ATX-style desktop.

the 4800H is a CPU made for a gaming laptop. It will work generally, and its internal graphics fare quite decently even if you do get a dedicated GPU. 2D games will be fine, 3D games even modern stuff like Halo Infinite, you’ll be able to get up to 45fps on low settings. It will be tough to expand anything like RAM, hard drive space.

As others have said if you’re buying a cheap, generic PC you should probably buy it from a recognizable brand or retailer. It’ll be less likely to break and more likely to be covered/fixable.

looks like a buncha standard crap to me. you didnt mention a specific purpose, so my opinion is 'this machine will function', theoretically.
you want a decent warrant, youll prolly end up paying for it
