I've started uploading some of MIT's OpenCourseWare to FBXL Video, our peertube instance.
In particular, I started with Professor Lewin's incredible 8.01x and 8.02x science courses. These lectures are simply THE reason I was able to pass college level physics.
Incredibly, OpenCourseWare was knocked off of Youtube for TOS violations for a time! I want to make sure they're available whether or not some big tech lackey thinks it's worth hosting. It was just a few gigabytes to host hours and hours of courses, so anyone else running peertube instances should absolutely consider mirroring similar content!

I wonder if anyone would be willing to do something like this, but for Jordan Peterson's lectures

MIT opencourseware is licensed under a creative Commons by attribution non commercial share alike license so you are allowed to make copies. I'm not sure if any of Jordan Peterson's lectures are similarly licensed. If any have an open license I'm happy to host them.
