dev.narwhal.city is now running lotide 0.9.0-rc.1 and hitide 0.9.0-rc.1. These versions will become the 0.9.0 release if all goes well.

Mostly I'm watching for bug reports over the next day or so. Might do some of my own testing but a lot of that was already done before the rc
