  And in this coming year, those who were born in 2008, ~ (you remember, 2008, the year of that economic collapse from banker shenanigans that we all pay for, and Obama inaugurated), ~ will be old enough to vote and drink in most places.

    Maybe it’s a joke because we’re in the shitposting community, but on the serious note COVID19 pandemic is very much not over. Fatality rate is lower, but people still get COVID and millions have and are going to get long COVID and other lasting effects of the infection.
