    The NHS doesnt want to employ them. There are no jobs for them. A lot of qualifying GPs are graduating with no job availability at the end of it. Of course they’ll have to look for non-NHS employment.

      The NHS can’t afford to employ them.

      Their is a known and accepted shortage of NHS GPs. But a greater limiteion in funding to hire etc.

      This is why most GP surgeries. (Due to the history of forming the NHS most surgeries are private companies that do the hiring then are paid by the NHS). Are moving as much as possible to cheaper Nurse practitioners or other NHS staff.

    If you listen to them speak for more than a minute I wouldn’t be surprised if one in there or them aren’t even a doctor either
