    a serious question - snails must be using more than 2 brain cells right? i presume that for most beings with a brain that almost all are always working, some less activated some more?

      I can’t be bothered to read the study itself, but even the article is better than the headline. From what I gather, it’s not that snails only have two brain cells in total like certain people, but that the researchers have managed to isolate a very specific task that utilizes two specific brain cells.
