    People saying the mortgage rates “need to come down” without acknowledging the marker yield is increasing on US treasury bonds, were duped into a non existing 4D chess movement from the executive.

    Now that his big beautiful bill generates more debt (est $6T over trn years) everyone sees the king is naked and the risk is higher, so are the interest rates.

    If you or someone you love is waiting for interest to be lower just think about how the inflation Tariff carries by design will not outrun the interest rates but compound them further up.
