    And now that computer technology is finally capable of approaching the look of hand-drawn animation, he was able to push the movie to look the way he envisioned it

    Honestly, yeah he did. The animals looked very stylized, especially the fox. It was a beautiful movie and honestly an optimistic look at the fate of the planet.

    Thanks for the reminder about this movie. Saw the trailer a couple of months ago (probably when Beetlejuice 2 was running in theatres) and thought it looked pretty cool. Gonna check if it’s on streaming platforms yet.

      I wasn’t a huge fan of it but I reckon if you have kids you’ll get a lot out of it. Seemed targeted at parents specifically.

    Still don’t know how this studio made this in all its glory and also is making a cocomelon movie.
    The art is always an accident to the profiteering.
