Thanks for the reminder about this movie. Saw the trailer a couple of months ago (probably when Beetlejuice 2 was running in theatres) and thought it looked pretty cool. Gonna check if it’s on streaming platforms yet.

I wasn’t a huge fan of it but I reckon if you have kids you’ll get a lot out of it. Seemed targeted at parents specifically.

Honestly, yeah he did. The animals looked very stylized, especially the fox. It was a beautiful movie and honestly an optimistic look at the fate of the planet.

From around 10-15 years you can do pretty every possible style imaginable in 3d. It’s just studios prefere not to risk. Spide-verse started new wave and we have few movies that going with bolder style but there is only few of those.
