    Additionally, according to internal data from YouTube, TVs were the primary device for YouTube viewing in the U.S. during the first quarter of 2025.

      Undoubtedly yes, but also I watch a lot of video essays, documentaries, and science channels on YouTube. It has basically replaced the discovery channel of the 90s and similar. I can also watch things like, the opening monologues of talk shows, attend up comedy, etc. There’s a lot of tv being displaced by YouTube even without treading into the influencer and ai slop-o-sphere.
