For anyone wondering what this is, Dinosaur Planet is a prototype from Rare for the N64. The game was cancelled and reworked as Starfox Adventures for Gamecube.
I remember reading news whenever I could about dinosaur planet. It was a game about dinosaurs built by rare on the same engine used by Ocarina of Time and would likely feature expansion pack support. That was like a dream team setup to me back then.
The conversion to starfox killed it for me because I never got into those.
Ah yes, the game that became Starfox adventures where he’s on foot the whole time. As the name implies, I was hoping for some space combat!

Uh. I was aware of Dinosaur Planet and how Nintendo had Rare rework it into a Star Fox game, but I had no idea that an almost complete beta version of it had been found.
It’s lacking the ending and it was already on the way to starfoxization though it seems.
