Tuomas Iisalo steps in for the rest of the season. I don’t know why Jenkins went more with Laroche’s offense than Iisalo’s. Cost him the job and Laroche was thrown out at the same time. Iisalo is a rising coaching talent. His clubs in Europe did well and Paris continued playing with his style in their debut Euroleague season and have been doing well.

This was quite the surprise. The Athletic article mentions that he and the FO were having major disconnects this year. Maybe it just came to the point of no return.

It’s like they don’t even care to investigate the model of successful franchises at all.
Look at how OKC Thunder handle coaches their entire existence. Even the Knicks aren’t bad. Warriors obviously, Clippers I think do a decent job.
Better be a great reason other than the results last 15 games.
