  Raphaël Glucksmann isn’t even remotely far-left, he’s more a center-left kind of guy. In fact, the french wikipedia article about the party he cofounded explicitly states “left to center left”.

    Anyone who isn’t literally crushing orphans right now is radical left. Simply advocating for increasing the monthly orphan squishing quota is not enough anymore.

    perfect for people to dream about the symbolic gesture of toppling it after they shoot him through the skull, but only in a dream because the only ones willing to riot and take up arms are the ones allied with him even while he actively fucks them over.

  I appreciate the thought, but there’s something else they could do that would be much easier than moving an entire statue across an ocean, and it would save the world a ton of trouble in the process.
