Looks to me like an example of Bowellism. I saw it and instantly thought of the Lloyds building in London, but its not that. Interesting picture though,

This is beautiful, thankyou. I now have to draw some house plans.
I’ve always thought that a few-story set of apartments could have a greenhoused vertical section out back full of plumbing, services and extra exit stairs, but I worried about the potential for trapped smells and gases. Now I realise I could put the services on the outside of this and split things further.

😂 Its mentioned, i think in the wikipedia article, that the ongoing maintenance costs of Lloyds are huge and were it not for the buildings historic listing, there is a reasonable chance they’d have already taken the building down. So you’d better allocate extra in the budget for those ongoing costs.

As I was scrolling through the list I was reminded of Sydney’s new radiators next to Packer’s pecker and then they scrolled into view. Can’t say I’m a fan.
