Was the story completed at the end of the movie? I still have to watch it
It had a good story structure and felt resolved. I guess there’s always more interesting stories to explore with the characters but it felt like it held up and doesn’t need that.
The books are a trilogy, so my guess is they were always planning to adapt the sequels if the movie was successful.
