  As a Raptors fan, I disapprove of this move. Maybe retire his number way after we retire Lowry’s. And Kawhi’s. When he’s 90 and needs a cane.

    Why do you dislike Carter so much? What did he do to hurt the team?

      His last season with the team he intentionally slowed down his scoring to force Raptors to trade him. Thereby reducing his value. He stopped dunking. He told the other teams what our plays were coming out of time outs.

      And in recent years he’s said he doesn’t regret anything he did.
