  What happened to expecting persecution and praying for the well-being and deliverance of our persecutors?

  Saints and martyrs were literally tortured to death and pray “Lord, forgive them, they don’t know what they’re doing” but someone made fun of a painting and this?

    Disrespecting art and religion seems a little different than telling 2 people they can’t get married.

    Like one is potentially offensive on an emotional level, the other is trying to tell people how to live their lives. You don’t have to agree if you’d like to stay out of the conversation…… so, they seem kinda different? Don’t they?

    Nobody is telling you not to enjoy your religion just because people make fun of it.

      The government tells people how to live their lives all the time. Religion is a Western concept. Religion is not found in the Qur’an or the Greek Bible. Keep your deviant behavior to yourself.
