Aspersions of incompetence aside, good. Car parks are harmful; nuclear reactors are not.

Agreed. I was about to comment just that. ‘Unable’ or ‘Unwilling’?
Its slowly become a dream of mine to make my own place go away from cars and have good public transit, dense walkable neighborhoods with good zoning policies. Unfortunately… policymaking is only reserved for people who want to reward capitalists.
