Damn, if Russia and China pull this off I don’t want to hear any talking down by the French about Americans being politically unsophisticated. France even got the benefit of witnessing exactly how the Russian/CCP far-right sabotaged the US democracy from the inside out by exploiting their dimmest demographics. Same with the UK. Yet these countries are falling the exact same playbook, it’s crazy.

Well I mean you can’t base everything on it and France is following an international push to the far right, but the is also a documented involvement of and financial ties between the Kremlin and the French far right. … That being said, they would surely have won even without that.
