    The customer needs mental/financial/emotional/etc help but instead of trying to solve those issues, they’ve chosen to drink instead

    It works on 2 different levels for me.

    1. He needs psychiatric help but decides to drink instead.
    2. He needs help at the store but this particular employee is not helpful.
